I had an early check in and stepped on a puddle in the room. When I called the lobby they were quick to get technicians on it and were happy to move my room. Once settled it was a great stay, we even asked for chocolate syrupy with a dessert and the kitchen was able to make magic happen. Would definitely recommended a stay

Stayed over the weekend for a quick trip to San Diego. The hotel itself is lovely on the outside and the lobby and restaurants are beautiful. All the staff was friendly and the $25 credit was greatly appreciated. The room was just ok though, to be honest; the furniture and carpet were worn and because of that, I can't truthfully give it a perfect score.

Very enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend if visiting San Diego. Just off the MTS Trolley so very easy to get around.

I had a nice stay in this hotel for business. The concierge staff was very friendly and helpful as she was checking me in and answering my questions. I didn't use the valet service but when I was getting dropped off, the valets were also very nice. I witnessed them opening doors for hotel guests on several occasions, like when I approached the hotel with my arms full of bags. I never ate at the hotel restaurant in the lobby, so I can't speak to that, but food options nearby the hotel are limited. You have to do a fair bit of walking to find somewhere to eat if you don't plan to eat in the hotel restaurant, and the area around the hotel is VERY unsafe imo so I was always alert and on edge traveling to and from the hotel on foot. At night I would hear unhoused individuals screaming in the streets and that made it difficult to sleep on my first night, until I started sleeping with headphones on. The room I stayed in was really nice and spacious (I was originally supposed to travel with others but ended up going solo due to last minute changes). I was able to work comfortably at the desk provided, and I put in a request for no housekeeping and they were respectful of my privacy. The window seat enthused me, and I absolutely LOVED sitting there gazing out at the city or doing some reading
