Room was great and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. I brought my dog and it very convenient. I gave a four not five star only because the shower tub did not work and was very difficult to even turn on the water. And.... the water was warn not hoteven on the highest setting.

Overall great stay, the staff was helpful informative. The room was clean, fresh and well maintained, the showers also had the big bottles of body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner. The hotel breakfast restaurant has really good chilaquiles I will honestly goback for those. The rooftop pool and bar had good service, not to many food options but no complaints.

The hotel itself is very well located It's warm and inviting when you walk in it has interesting decor really good drinks The pool gets very crowded but the bar around the pool I liked The bartenders were extremely friendly and helpful The food was goodtoo. The only real complaint I have is that the rooms really need updating If they were updated this would be an amazing hotel.We had some problems with the chair and a couple of other things but the manager took care of it very quickly with maintenanceand made sure we were happy with credit etc. In fact she was the most accommodating managers I've ever met, Her name wasKristina.

Hotel was amazing! Great location! Almost everything is in walking distance. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and super helpful!! I hope to stay there again if I come back to SanDiego.

Best place for the price and location! I stayed here with my senior dogs for comic con and it's location was perfect being only a couple blocks away from the convention center. The room was very nice, very roomy, and the bed was super comfortable. Thestaff was great and very helpful with requests. My dogs did have a couple accidents during our stay and the staff had no problemwith sending someone to clean up; I didn't even know they would do that, I requested cleaning supplies to clean it up myself andthey said they would someone to clean it for me. For that alone, I would've paid more for that service. Yes because of SDCC, therates were double what they normally are but to me it was worth it since they do not charge extra for pets and they do not carehow many or how big they are when most hotels are the opposite. Would happily stay here again, absolutely worth it for me.
