The baristas have very nasty attitudes. They always mess up on your order even though it's correct on the screen. It upsets me because I spend $100 to $150 a month on coffee. If they did not have nitro cold brew
My coffee is never right and they always have flies in the pastry box.
This has to be the WORST Starbucks on the block. The person working the drive thru window on 9/1/2023 @8am needs to work on her customer service. I order ahead through the app and paid for my items. Go to the drive through and inform them I’m picking up my drinks. By the time I get to the window I was given my food items and told “all set.” I then told her I’m missing my drinks, and she rudely ask if I ordered at the correct location. I confirm with her and show her my receipt on my phone. Then the girl at the window tells me the drinks are not ready yet, and if I can move and wait. I told her I cannot and she begins to argue with me about moving. After I waited and received my drinks, she could not even say “sorry.” One sorry would have gone a long way. Doesn’t make sense how everyone who was behind me at the drive through got there drinks made first before mine. This rude employee and my experience was the worst I have ever received. I am no longer going to give my business to Starbucks and will inform others to avoid THIS LOCATION.
The ambiance, the brew, the music – everything about this Starbucks screams 'relaxation. ' Truly a haven for coffee lovers like me!
Just want to thank store manager today. I think her name was Amanda. Not sure didn't have my glasses on. I oreder a everything breakfast sandwich. I ask to have it cut in half. She came over and said they don't do it anymore due to corvid restrictions. I said what corvid. I was upset and being a grumpy old 71 man. When I got my order she did one better than cutting it in half. She gave me an Xtra one. I went back to her and said thank you.Gave the staff an Xtra tip. I'll be back due to her kindness and understanding. BIG TEN CUSTOMER SERVICE. RB BOGSTAD OLD GRUMPY MAN.MADE MY DAY.
