Starbucks - S San Diego

Nice warm greeting upon entry. Quick service. Caramel Macchiato was perfect!

The second time I've been in and the second time they got it wrong. Ordered a short Americano. They have, both times, been out of the short cup so they make the drink in a tall sized cup. I order a short because I don't want a lot of water. They cashier assures me I will get the same amount of liquid as in a short. Not what I ordered. Both times, an abundance of liquid in the tall sized cup. When I tell politely tell the barista that there is too much water, she is very much annoyed and will not make eye contact. Happened both times. Same cashier that does not communicate with the barista. They act like I'm the one to blame. Shame on them. Store is always dirty anyway. Not going back. Regret tipping them both times.

I have to recognize the entire staff at this Mission Valley Starbucks. I get my coffee and croissant every morning and they truly are a joy to see. They not only our associates of Starbucks but had become my friends they are kind sweet courteous and never get my coffee wrong.

Absolutely worst Starbucks I have ever been too, I’m forced to use it in my breaks and I rather waste time driving further to avoid this terrible location. They are “out” of everything for online ordering yet conveniently have everything when I order in store. Barista are rude, and it barely maintains any cleanliness standards. Save your time and sanity and go else where!
