Teriyaki Madness - S San Diego

I had ordered food from doordash for delivery. i had ordered the 2 protein large bowl with spicy teriyaki chicken and spicy orange chicken,brown rice,veggies and sides of 6 pcs crab rangoons and spicy tofu. the bowl did not have enough proteins for the chicken and the veggies were not cooked was still raw. i did not get the crab rangoons i got chicken potstickers. the spicy tofu was good. after recieving the order the delivery instructions were not followed by doordash they were suppose to text me upon delivery arrival instead they rang my doorbell which was not what i said for them to do. I had contacted cs for doordash to report the incorrect items that i recieved and was issued a full refund of the crab rangoons 6 pieces. I have also notified the manager of this error and she has offered me a 6 pcs of crab rangoons for my next order.

It's a good option for lunch during work hours, food is decent and service is friendly. The atmosphere not so good if you want to have a relaxing lunch, music is loud and persons coming in and out.

Food came more with water down, lady at counter I told her just yakisoba with no veg. But instead I got yakisoba with veg. Bland food.

Food is really good but the costumer service needs improvement overall food get 5 stars and they have free drink refills too

Food is great, but waiting time is long, and no one asks how your day is going or makes conversation so your wait time atleast is fun.
