Excellent quality food. Impeccable service. Incredible business model. This restaurant represents all of the elements of excellence in food service.

Possibly the best breakfast restaurant ever. Great food and reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Only possible drawback might be the wait to be seated if you arrive when they are busy. (Which is most of the time. But well worth the wait.

My gluten free 11 year old is on a boys trip with his Dad. He called me specifically to ask that I leave a 5 star review because he loved the gluten free chocolate chip pancakes so much. He ate 4 of them in 10 minutes. He was one happy customer.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available

Try to get to here every few months, the staff are very nice/sweet, warm and welcoming, helpful with menu questions and best options when asked, food has never disappointed, always served pretty quickly and with a smile, all staff work together on refills and serving, a great place to pop in for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

I am sad to say that this was the worst experience I've had at an Original Pancake House. The $19 omelette was way over cooked, almost inedible but I was afraid to send it back because it took 40 minutes for it to get to my table after waiting for 10 minutes for the waiter to take my order. He never came back to say I'm sorry it's taking so long or ask how the food was. We were charged an extra $4.50 for gluten free pancakes that were very small. The feeling of the staff was that no one cared, they stood around talking to each and occasionally brought a coffee pot around. VERY DISAPOINTING! We will never go back to this original pancake house.
