Esplanade - Saarbrücken

Silio del fabros power is clearly the design of harmoniously oriented. it combines aromen and high-level intensities that justify more than the rating with two stars. the dishes are not “just” round, but are so harmoniously designed without – with the exception of the main course – slipping into an appealing design. this is due to the deep of the arome and since all essential ingredients of the dishes remain good tasty. in the sum I count the esplanade with the pointed group of two stars with classical-aromatic orientation.

Silio del fabro continues its way in the “Esplanade” and presents us with our second visit a kitchen that does not deny its traditional roots but nevertheless presents very contemporary. that is harmonious and all but boring, characterized by excellent craftsmanship and after my impression is currently clearly underestimated. there were two stars in saar bridges that had convinced us less. jérôme pourchère leads to a service that is used to play and get rid of souvenirs. as we pour have known for many years, everyone makes joy. this will not have been the last

We were not disappointed. silio del fabros school is clearly recognizable and its style is perhaps best described with modern classics. the level at which he presents it is impressive. craftsmanship perfect, with very clear focus on the excellent products and a harmonious taste, these are also presented elegantly. for me this moves very far at the upper edge of a star and I would not be surprised if the second could not wait long. what to say to the service? the joy with jérôme pourchère was a real joy.
