Santa's Tunturi - Saariselkae

Perfect location in Lapland for all excursions. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were spacious, beds were ok, but I prefer a solid mattress. The food was delicious again.

The worst experience ever. the room was very dirty and small, no shower or shampoo. we asked to bring something and they made it after 2 days! they asked to update additional €100/night for a larger room. the food was very poor and the same for the whole stay. the staff was very rude and unfriendly. the receptionist said children clean up the playground before leaving the place!, this happened for 2 nights in order. the warm clothes were very dirty and stinky. this place is not recommended . .

Nice place for skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Many options from the breakfast bar. We enjoyed the bar and a delicious dinner. The sauna in our room was a highlight!

We cane here for a gala dinner as part of an organised tour. If I had have realised what it was going to be like, I would nit have bothered as it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The food wasn’t great with a limited selection and the tables were too packed in and close together. This meant the queue to get food was way too long to get your main course. The drinks are not hugely expensive for the area but they didn’t have a great selection. If I was coming here again I would give this place a miss.

The rooms are simple, but this is all they really need. we literally used our room to sleep, so we were not disturbed. the beds are cumfy, the shower is hot. we came to be out and explore, so more than satisfied with location and total experience.
