Northern Lights Village

Disappointed in the arrival to pull our bags on the hills by snow under icy conditions. it turned out that they had a snowmobile they had taken for us, but that was not offered. most hotels accompany them to their room to show them how all w the functions and how everything works. as we did not achieve this, we pumped in the dark until we discovered more lighting and dimmer (the former insasse had turned everything to a minimum) we had booked a sauna, but due to the lack of instruction we went to the wrong thing that was unpleasant and embarrassing. they discovered a souvenir shop on our last day. which has not opened after our departure, our son has plagued the location online to buy us some celebrity drinks. despite the payment of him and then to make sure that the drinks were delivered, they were not despite these improvements that we had a nice stay, the staff was nice and friendly and we really enjoyed. a beautiful 40-year-old wedding party.

Thank you for making our holiday so special. The main hotel is so cosy (and practical with the huge hanging rack for outdoor clothes food was fabulous and the team couldn't do enough for us they were friendly, professional and fun! My son particularly welcomed the kids corner where he could hang out with new friends, he also loved arriving at breakfast by sledge! Our cabin was warm, with comfy beds and the best views across the forest. Even not seeing the Northern Lights couldn't spoil our trip. All trips and experiences were first class and finding Santa was the most magical of all. We felt very looked after on every adventure (even when I attempted skiing Bambi-like Thanks for creating your magic we hope to experience it again one day.

The whole trip was amazing, but above all, our stay at the hotel, that was exceptional. the staff was very friendly and understanding, the food was delicious and the selection was good. the cabins were in great condition. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

We were here for our slumber weeks in 2020. the resort was simply beautiful. eat very decent for the opposite, service was at point with a very warm domestic feeling. we could be a little biased because we were happy enough to catch the north lights for each night we would have recommended there.

End of season in april, still snow loads. the personal and the guide amazing. great eating, but the activities made the trip (plus the glass covered loo huskies, snowmobile, rent, sled, snowshoes, long run. I have everything.
