Ambience: Impressing, in the boxmates built by Fortress Builder Vauban in 1683, here in No.21) to find a Greek place that reminds me of good dining room in the city center of Split. In view of the sunny and still warm weather we pulled it out to sit and eat. It is also equipped for cooler weather; there are three heating mushrooms, but they cannot cover the entire outer area. Four stars. Cleanliness: Don't let us complain inside; also the wet rooms are very well maintained. Four stars. Service: Four Greek men in classic black and white, in the description, Mr Hanseat in 1957 forget the long black aprons of men. Friendly, competent, attentive and diligent, but not overwhelmed. Three old ladies taking place on one of the side tables are brought unrequired seat cushions. We probably do not seem to be obsolete enough and therefore do not get any; I'm sure we could have brought some on request. Two tables are quickly combined with eight people for an unregistered larger company; Shut up, monkey dead. Good service, four stars. Food and drink: My wife had asked before visiting the Internet; Unlike Hanseat1957, she had found a detailed menu with prices there. We drank Karlsberg Urpils 0.3l EUR 2.60; I didn't like the glass in cloudy decor, you could think that the content was tipped) and apple juice peeling 0.4l EUR 3.60. My wife chose the Biftekia-Lunch ticket price EUR 9,50, the normal ticket price EUR 13,50) on the basis of the Internet ticket, and I also chose from the Bifteki special ticket EUR 9,50. If I had seen what I expected, I would have taken the daily recommendation for 14.50 Euro fresh mussels in white wine sauce with garlic bread. In advance, as a greeting from the kitchen there was a decent bread for us there was only one variety, Hanseat1957 had several) with Cretan olive oil after inscription on the bottle of one of the best category) and pepper and salt mill. The salad plates that belong to our dishes, which we received in advance, would have been of quality and necessary for me, but at least the salad leaves, the cucumber slice and the tomato slices were fresh. While my wife was satisfied with her plate, the pork rolls baked with cheese, I was absolutely not. The large minkage filled with sheep cheese had nothing Greek in itself; it simply lacked the typical Greek spices, the clot literally tasted nothing. Also the tomato-coated cream sauce, filled with onion pieces and refined a shot of Metaxa, was not able to repair the tasteful manco. At least the Pommes Frites were fine. At our Greek acropolis in Saarbrücken-Dudweiler it tastes better for lengths; only because my wife was satisfied with her court, I forgive three stars here, mine would not be worth more than her two. With the application for the invoice, an ouzo of low quality came; a shame, here I could have been a little reconciled. Conclusion: A moderate Greek in a beautiful ambience; I could well imagine sitting with family and/or friends with one or two bottles of good wine in the outdoor area or in winter). For dinner, the Delphi is no longer in question for me.
