The girl at the register and coffee counter was incredibly slow and seemed completely unmotivated, moving at a snail’s pace. It felt like she had no intention of assisting us in a timely manner. I couldn’t tell if she had just woken up or was under the influence, but her lack of concern was evident. The woman two spots ahead of me ended up leaving after waiting over ten minutes for her coffee. I waited thirty minutes for a chai tea and brownies, while the lady behind me, who had just ordered coffee, remarked on how ridiculous it was that we were still waiting. As for the chai tea, it was awful—I ended up throwing it away. The only reason I endured the long wait was for the brownies, which I intended as a surprise for my coworkers. I felt that if I requested a refund, I would just end up waiting as long for that as I did for my order. I had high hopes for the chai tea but was thoroughly disappointed. Overall, the service was terrible, the brownies were just okay, and the chai tea was really disappointing.

The coffee shop and restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the baristas are very friendly. In addition to great food and drinks, they also offer tanning beds and craft items for sale. The owner is clearly a talented entrepreneur. It's definitely worth a visit!

The staff members are incredibly friendly, and the ambiance is wonderfully relaxing. The food is truly excellent as well.

Their food is delicious! It has a very coffee house vibe, that home like feel you can just go and hang out. Perfect hang out spot! Amazing ranch too!
