Subway - Sac City

Ordered online for delivery since I don't have my car with me. Ended up having to send my teens after it had been over an hour since it's expected delivery time. They didn't answer their phone. My kids brought back the food cold, with no drink, no refund for delivery or tip. I called 3 times! If you don't offer delivery don't say you do!

Waited 50 minutes in line before finally just leaving. Online orders trumped the lineup of people waiting to order. When we asked the lady working she snapped back at us very rudely that she didn’t care we had been there for almost an hour standing online comes first. Will never be back!

Young man working alone. Assistant manager came in with friends from outside acting pissy when he was working hard getting orders done than was rushed making us feel uncomfortable. He was good she was

I've been to many subways. Sac city subway is the best. They make a great sandwich and know how to make a buffalo chicken pizza. Rockwell city comes in 2nd they are also good but not as good as sac city

Food was prepared very well and in a very timely manner with good portions of all ingredients. Bread was fresh and delicious. Sandwiches were very good. Staff was very proficient and courteous.
