Mcdonald's - Sachse

Finally a McDonald's that actually gets it right. Most of the time I ask for well done fries so that they aren't soggy. Most locations forget or are in a rush and don't do it. This place does it correctly Everytime. This location has recently added a play place for kids and was very clean and comfortable.

Employee at drive thru window does not seem happy to be working. No smile or thank you. Food was hot and good.

This McDonalds seems to always get my order wrong. I ordered a large fry and a large coke. They gave me a dollar menu cheeseburger and no fries. You're better off going to Whataburger just next door.

I have a reciept that I recieved a McDonalds(5230 S. State HWY 78, Sachse, TX) breakfast value meal in the morning at 8:30 am. By noon, I could not eat my lunch because I felt bad. By 1pm, I was dry heaving in my car as I drove home. Continued to dry heave until about 6 pm that evening. Ended up in the hospital by midnight because I could not even keep water down dehydrating me to the point of needing to go to the hospital. 2 days later, I was back in the hospital because of being poisoned , days prior, I now had a severe infection in my body! It is noe legal for a Corporation to Poison their customers without any type of legal action to be taken up on them. Lawyers will NOT help anyone in this matter......NOT even the State Bar of Texas!!!!!!!!

Every time we get here, there's a problem. either the order is wrong, we are missing items, calculated for another order, or the personal is rude. we started with the app, since everyone said it helps, but not. they still get the orders wrong, and then they cancel the mobile job when they wait in the game and tell them to pay at the window, which means they don't get their points.
