The delivery was perfect. The pork chop was very good, albeit oversized. The asparagus was good but the best part was the green beans, they were cooked nicely for my taste and had a wonderful smoky flavor.
I ordered the half Baby Back Pork Ribs, and they were disappointing. These were the worst ribs I've ever had from any restaurant. The meat was incredibly dry, and the end pieces were so dry that they crumbled to powder when I tried to eat them. On a positive note, I really enjoy the beer here, and the sides were good—I had the mozzarella tomato salad and fries. However, the ice cream was just average.
I ordered the BJ's Smokehouse Burger. As you can see in the picture, I added ranch and some BBQ sauce because the burger was quite dry. I requested my burger to be cooked medium, but it came out well done, as indicated by the char on the meat. It's unfortunate that they don't offer better options. While I can remove condiments, I can't request extra without being charged. On a positive note, the wine was excellent! Overall, I'm giving it 3 stars tonight.
The BJ's Classic Rib-Eye is quite delicious for the price. It had a nice char on the outside while remaining pink on the inside. I would definitely order it again. However, the House Caesar Salad had a peculiar taste reminiscent of saline solution, and the side of salmon was quite small. They only provided one serving of sour cream for three baked potatoes, and there was no option to request more. Additionally, the garlic butter had an overpoweringly fishy flavor. I won't be ordering that again.
