Cafe Roma - Sacramento

One of our favorite places in town. We love the curry chicken, jerk chicken salad, beef patty, beans and rice. Debbies hot sauce and mango salsa are amazing!

This place is LEGIT!! definitely one of the best restaurants and not just in the sacramento area. i have had many different trini/Caribbean dishes not only at restos but friends homes in a few countries and this place never disappoints. curry chicken roti is so FIRE , as are the burritos and phulourie. if they have the corn soup DO NOT MISS. everything is scratch made and fresh. debbie and her husband are def doing this out of love and if you hate on this place, your taste buds are broken and nothing can help you. only problem would be make sure everyone in your party has their own bc there will be no sharing lol!

Patty was burnt. Jerk chicken served In a bowl of liquid, not on the bone, and very over cooked. Rice not flavorful and very dry. Phil ouri was good, pine tart decent.

Stopped in here for a late lunch and was delighted with a heaping plate of beans and rice topped by a generous portion of jerk chicken and a side salad with peanut dressing. The iced hibiscus tea was the perfect accompaniment.

Excellent customer service! Debbie and Ken are nothing but pleasant and gracious every time I visit! The food is undeniably delicious and the chicken cabbage stew is amazing! (Tuesdays only) I spend a lot of time in Jamaica and Cafe Connection is the closest thing to authentic Caribbean Cuisine as you can get in Northern Cali! I love it!!
