Food is always delicious, ready exactly when they say it will be, and still piping hot when I get it home. I’ve had great experiences with their customer service. I am always polite and receive the same in return. Best Chinese food in Sacramento, hands down.

We dined at this restaurant tonight and were pleased to find the food flavorful and served in generous portions. The orange eggplant was particularly unique and tasty. The cashew chicken was also excellent, featuring a nice variety of vegetables like mushrooms, zucchini, and broccoli. My only drawbacks were that the service could have been friendlier, and the menu lacked detailed descriptions of the vegetables included in each dish. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're in search of quality Chinese cuisine.

As far as service goes, improvements could definitely be made. The person on the phone when I was placing my order sounded disinterested, and when I arrived to pick up my food, I don't recall receiving any smiles or expressions of gratitude— it felt a bit awkward. It was around 8 PM, so perhaps they were just tired, but customer service should always be a priority. On a positive note, my food was ready in the promised timeframe of 15-20 minutes, and I was pleasantly surprised by how vibrant and delicious it looked and tasted. I ordered the Cashew Nut Chicken and was genuinely excited to try it. I plan to return and explore other dishes on the menu. Having worked in customer service myself, I know that a simple smile and "thank you" can make a huge difference. Greeting customers with a friendly “hi” and expressing gratitude can leave a lasting positive impression. To the owner and the staff, I truly want your establishment to thrive, and I look forward to my next visit!

The food here is the best Asian cuisine in town. It's always fresh, with great vegetables and meats that make everything delicious! While the server may not have the biggest smile, he is always very courteous, and I was pleasantly surprised when he remembered us after we returned for food after a little break. Dining in can be a bit lacking due to the furniture, but that’s a common issue in many places in the neighborhood. It would certainly be fantastic to see the ambiance made a bit more lively as well, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, the food is excellent, and we've tried several different dishes from their menu.
