No one had prepared the eggs in advance, the hot plates were difficult to manage, and there were very few fresh ingredients available. Later, the manager informed me that they had not anticipated the number of guests that arrived. All the staff were friendly but appeared to be under a lot of stress. It’s clear that the place is primarily set up for hosting large events, and perhaps they excel at that.
I visited this restaurant for a Mother's Day brunch, and it was disappointing. The buffet included a salad, a pasta dish, roasted carrots, and either precut pork or roast beef. They also offered omelets, but the cook didn't wear gloves and handled all the food, often touching his pockets and neck without washing his hands before going back to prepare more omelets. For $64 per person, I expected a much higher quality and better hygiene.
