Ihop - Sacramento

Got a completely different order and the food wualit was so bad and cold. the waffle was overpriced and frozen eggos taste even better

Ordered online during my visit, and drove to pickup. They had a pretty full parking lot and I had to wait maybe 5 to 10 more minutes than my given estimated time, which didn't bother me. The guy was nicely dressed in uniform when he brought me myorder. I ordered a family platter type with pancakes, sausages bacon, eggs, and hash browns. It was delicious and enough foodfor 4 big dudes and myself, with leftovers. They included all the fixings, too, from packets of silverware, with napkins, syrup,and tiny packets of jam too I believe. Definitely order online from IHOP again. Love me some IHOP.

Food was good, luke warm, and we had no Senior discount. They only had 1 employee seating people, taking/giving out take out orders, and running the register. We waited for our cold food, burned fries, but was greeted with the reason why we should stay.It's ashame they can't hire staff to make the customer experience a positive one.

The Spinach Mushroom Omelette was delicious. I enjoyed the fruit cup with strawberries as well. The bacon was perfectly crispy. I just wished that the English muffin came pre-buttered. The coffee was decent, but the hot cocoa was really good.

The bacon in the Bacon Temptation Omelette was undercooked, but the Big Steak Omelette was delicious. The NY Cheesecake pancakes were fantastic, as usual.
