Contribuisci feedbackThis was horrible, that the girl that served our drinks was spraying chemicals cleaners on the wall and after that with no gloves on, touched our cups and served our drinks. We ended up feeling sick after this as well. I need to talk to somebody aboutthis horrible experience.
Placed an order through Grubhub and had to update my address. Contacted Jamba and spoke with Jessica. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to get my information to make sure the driver had the correct updated info. Great customer service thankyou Jessica!
I wanted to place an online order but orange dream machine was not listed as an option at this location, which was incorrect, because I was able to order it inside. Lots of people. If only I was able to order online. Slow employees. I had asked theemployee to split my large orange dream machine into two cups which she forgot to do. She seemed confused when I asked her.Other locations do it, so I'm not sure if she was new or if this isn't something they offer.
EDIT: Really sad experience today. As I walked in to pick up my online order, a cashier was finishing charging several people, then walked straight out the door! Then another girl comes in from the back and says she's on her 30 minute break and can't helpus! After several minutes she got ahold of her manager, who obviously told her to make the smoothies we've already paid for... Ifeel like the situation could have been handled way better all around. I don't understand how this happened. This makes meseriously reconsider ever coming to this location again. It was a little bit crowded when I got there today, but the workerswere managing it pretty well. I always get the island pitaya bowl and it's great. Their rewards aren't too bad either I got afree smoothie for my birthday as well as $3 off from time to time. Ordering ahead is always good too!
Out of all the different Jamba juice locations that I very frequently go to this one definitely needs some help... I ordered 2 drinks and after them making 5 drinks and still couldn't get but one of my orders actually correct I just decided to go aheadand leave with what they had made. After standing there for nearly 20 25 min with them handing me mistake after mistake inattempts to make one of the simplest and easiest drinks possible I figured I'd cut my losses and go about my day but it justshocks me when I had seriously told every single worker in there at least once how to make the drink and what was in it which isa kale orange power and only consists of fresh squeezed orange juice fresh banana and kale that's it... And yet I got amultitude of different drinks that tasted nothing like a kale orange power and ultimately just got wasted. It was the first timeI've ever gone into a Jamba juice and not a single employee knew or had heard of a kale orange power hopefully they can get someextra training and step it up
