Jersey Mike's - Sacramento

The sandwiches here are fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful. This is officially my new go-to sandwich shop.

On June 6th, 2022, my family and I visited the Delta Shores location in Elk Grove around 11 AM. A female employee was scrubbing the floor with strong chemicals and rearranging tables while customers were trying to order food. It's unacceptable to clean while the store is open; that should be done when the store is closed. Additionally, there were no paper towels in the restroom, which I brought to the staff's attention. The bread was also quite doughy. Overall, the location on Laguna is much better.

We ordered three sandwiches, and each one was delicious. The customer service was outstanding as well.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! Their subs are incredible! I had the #6, which features roast beef and provolone cheese. They piled on a generous portion of perfectly cooked beef on a rosemary parmesan roll, just the right amount of cheese, topped with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes, all drizzled with a delectable vinegar and oil blend. You can choose your roll, too! I'm practically drooling just thinking about it—so delicious! I visited the location at Delta Shores. The restaurant was clean, but the only drawback is the parking—finding a spot close to the entrance can be a challenge. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Am I ready to go back right now? Absolutely!

I really love this place! My family hails from Pennsylvania, and Jersey Mike's sandwiches instantly remind me of our cherished family trips from California to Pennsylvania to visit relatives. Whenever we arrived, sandwiches were always the first thing we craved.
