Mcdonald's - Sacramento

Oatmeal arrives dry No apple. No raisins NO HOT WATER. ADDED! What is the matter ! Always something missing order is NEVER. Correct/filled Your store isa NIGHTMARE

The Mocha Frappe and the large soda did not arrive. The sausage McMuffin was made incorrectly and was inedible. The Danish wasn't very good. The chocolate chip cookie tote is great, as usual (the cookies are baked fresh, are tasty, and are a great deal).

The workers are wild. I am there in the morning to get the breakfast and the menu shows the last person order. I told them we couldn't see the menu and they said it was sometimes like that. So we asked about two of something, which then sadly said, we just wanted one. we waited for about 3 minutes with a line behind us before she realized that they did not come back to help us. so we just left.

The worst service ever. It's not just one day or maybe just a bad day at the office... It's everyday. No one knows how to work the front register which means every customer waits an extremely long time to get there food. I didn't say there order, because you end up getting some random food selection instead of what you ordered. . It's cold, its stale, it's late, and it's not what I ordered. Did I mention that if you try to return the food, all you'll get is a big ole attitude and no refund. I simply gave it to one of the homeless soles living by the front door. Good luck....

Guy named Ruben gives attitude at drive thru then messes up order purposely when he heard me say to another worker that I thought he just didn't like me. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and this is what I got. No napkins either. Need more mature staff here
