Delicious halal Mediterranean food, excellent service and atmosphere.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food is considered expensive for the quality they serve. Not only was the food overpriced, but it tasted awful. It seemed like the dishes were overcooked and possibly leftovers reheated. The owner explained that the lamb shank was so dry because it was probably overly reheated. The kababs were too dry too. I do not recommend this place to anyone. To make matters worse, the owner is incredibly rude and only seems to care about money, not the customers. The customer service was abysmal. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

I could leave an entire book about the owner and staff at Mosaeic but I’ll start by first saying thank you. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and the owner made my daughter and I feel like family. When we arrived it was a little late and the staff was dealing with a lot of orders. My daughter was getting restless as we waited so the owner asked her what she wanted and he let her pick out a drink on the house. A simple gesture that illustrated his situational awareness. He then proceeded to take my order. I was ordering dinner for my wife so I wasn’t sure what to get and he was incredibly helpful with suggestions. While he was in the back his assistant Samit began preparing what I thought was my order. When the owner recognized this mistake he didn’t yell at him or make him feel uncomfortable for the mistake he simply told him to add it to our order. I was shocked. Humility like this is rare and I’ve eaten out many times and this was the first time something like this has happened to me. Now let’s get to the food. The falafel was incredible. You know this recipe is a family tradition. We are vegetarians so we ordered the vegetarian salad with pita bread and an entire spread of humus, grape leaves and a side of rice. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back and this time we will surely dine in. Thank you Eyd and Samit. Please forgive me if I misspelled your beautiful names. Shukran.
