This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Our server Angelica was fantastic - she was friendly and attentive. We are definitely going to return since the menu changes frequently.

The restaurant has top-notch food and excellent service. It is located in a new community development, making it a perfect spot for local residents. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this upscale cafe.

My wife and I went with another couple on a Friday evening. simply this for a review: Super service, the specials and entrees presentation were beautiful and the flavors unbelievably good. Steak skirt steak), and fish halibut and salmon) were melt in your mouth. and don't forget the roasted veges: a great accompaniment. we live in east Sacramento with many very good restaurants; however, I believe Poppy to be the best: excellent fare at the most reasonable prices. Another great meal from Mama Kim at Poppy.I have had the pleasure of having tasted the food catered from Mama Kim and this was the second time eating at the restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was good. We will definitely go back.
