Customer service is very important to me, and I was disappointed when I had to wait five minutes for a customer to dig for 9 cents. The lady assisting me seemed unfriendly, and I felt like I may have been judged based on my appearance.

Good food, in the station, vegetarian options and good service. we have a reub and a veggie, and they were good sandwiches. the sourdough was a good texture, cracked outside and delicate inside, the reuben had a lot of scavenging, but was not bad, the veggie comes with avocado, but no protein unfortunately. there are also cheese and mayo on it standard so if they only order it vegan without mayo and I think. the fired soup was good and had a lot of veggie chunks in him what was great. koksprodukte and mr. pibb also! I liked the number of selections they have, and the staff was very friendly to help a younger customer find out their order patiently and beautifully.

It was very convenient to order ahead and pick up before boarding the train.

From the bread to the custom sandwich they built me, everything was fresh and tasty. The cashier and sandwich artists were all friendly, efficient, and funny. They even have Coke Zero on the fountain. Loved the tunes too!
