The food and boba tea beverages are fantastic! I highly recommend the basil fried chicken, fried squid, and egg puffs. They were incredibly delicious and satisfyingly sweet. Food: 5/5!

This chain consistently delivers excellent tea and food. However, at this particular location, the Takoyaki was a bit lacking in sauce. On a positive note, the staff was lovely and the place was clean. I'd definitely be happy to return! Food rating: 4/5.

I'll definitely have to return next time. The blenders were down, and they were out of boba and cheese foam. That pretty much left half the menu unavailable.

My kids like any Boba. I know people pay for it but I hope this fad goes away. This is so overpriced for 1/2 cup tea, splash of milk, ice and flavorless tapioca. 2 drinks, $15. Robbery! I'm forbidding my family from going to T4.Food: 1/5

This place gets crowded during weekdays, especially in the afternoon. So many tea flavors and it’s affordable.
