Thai Fusion - Sacramento

The restaurant features a TV playing Thai karaoke DVDs, which I thought was a fun touch, although it could be a bit distracting at times. I didn't mind the vintage TV, but a larger flat-screen would have made it less intrusive. Overall, the decor was lovely and well-lit, with drapes adorning the windows, creating a cozy Lanna vibe. It felt like I was dining somewhere unique even though I was still in Sacramento. I appreciated the small, intimate setting of the restaurant, and the staff was wonderful. I consistently received excellent service from a particularly hospitable waiter who always made me feel at home. While I didn’t have the chance to be served by the waitress, I did observe her interactions with other customers, and she also demonstrated great service. On a side note, I witnessed the waiter kindly allowing a homeless person to use the restroom, which is a rare gesture given the common “restrooms for customers only” policy. This act of kindness really touched me, showing that they genuinely care about people.

It's a great value for the price. If you're looking for a break from the usual dishes, I recommend trying the pad thai woon sen, which is a delightful twist on the classic pad Thai. I would give it 3 out of 4 stars. P.S. I suggest steering clear of the Thai iced tea.

One of Sacramento's hidden gems! This restaurant offers some of the best Thai dishes I've ever tasted. Their lunch specials are an amazing value, priced between $7 and $8 per person, and they include both soup and a main dish. It's a far superior option to fast food, and the price puts many burger places to shame. I highly recommend it!

We brought our friends here for their first experience with Thai food, and we were not disappointed. They absolutely loved it! We're heading back for more tonight.
