Wendy's - Sacramento

I almost slipped when I walked in because there was an oily residue on the floor. The doors were locked to allow for mopping. It was a little congested since the drive-thru was busy. However, lunch was enjoyable, except for the fries.

I always order nuggets for my son, and my granddaughter can't get enough of their lemonade. The female manager is fantastic, but there's one major drawback: there's no entrance to the lobby. We were planning to get takeout anyway, but there's no menu board before you reach the window, which means you have to keep the person at the speaker waiting while you figure out what you want. There's only one window, so the same person has to take your payment and hand you your food. It seems like some businesses are claiming they don't have change because their employees struggle to provide it. I usually pay with a card, but I really think cash should still be an option.

Why is fast food so expensive? I spent over thirty dollars on two combo meals and a small order of nuggets. The spicy chicken was dry. Could it be just this location?

This is the first time I ate at Wendy's due to my son's positive comments about their food. I like that their menu is posted by the entrance before you get in line. They have good selections of burgers, chicken sandwich and salads. They have differentkinds of fries too! When we visited the staff who attended us were very helpful and friendly. We got there at the end of the dayso some of their sodas were not available. We did not want to wait for them to refill the station so we just got what'savailable. Their soda station is high tech and they have different flavors such as peach sprite, strawberry sprite, creamy rootbeer, etc. Love it! I will definitely come back here to eat their delicious food!

OMG DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I tried to give them a second chance and they failed. Wrong food, weird taste to the honey on the chicken biscuit, missing potatoes from one of the combo's but we did receive an extra sandwich that we did not order. Thebest one so far has been the location on Folsom and Power Inn. no more chances. Don't say I didn't warn you.
