Taco Bell - Sacramento County

Bought everything on the menu , ate all of it with my grandma my grandma had to stand because the seats were too small , I ordered the tripple Patty burgers and it was so small it was the size of my toenail, after I went to the bathroom had a huge massive bean shat explosion the toilets started to bubble and it couldn't flush , horrableVegetarian options: everything has veggie ??Dietary restrictions: my fat grandmother couldn't fit through the door ? she wasn't happy that there was veggies in the food ?Parking: there was a weird guy licking my windowKid-friendliness: my child got locked in the bathroom and then he fell of the roof ?Wheelchair accessibility: couldn't get my grandma up the curb ?

Why is Taco Bell putting tortilla strips in almost all the burritos? YUCK!! Plus I customized my burrito and taco on the Taco Bell app. where I requested onions on both and NO tortilla strips!! They didn't customize the order and tortilla strips were in my burrito. I gave it to my dog.Nice! Courteous workers and the dining area is clean. It's the food

Service was unsatisfactory in the in-store, not sure why I had to order thru the kiosk and pay at the counter when they could have easily took my order and pay at the counterBetter service thru drive

When we pulled up the sweetest lady came out and took our order. Did not get her name but she was very nice and her customer service was on point. We placed our order and they had to park us for fresh fries not a problem. The lady that took our order brought us food in less than 5 minutes and she made sure we had enough napkins and sauce. Best Taco Bell I have been to in awhile.

We did NOT dine at this location, in fact, we tried to dine at TWO Taco Bells, but the new policy made it impossible. There are no counter employees, everything is self serve at a kiosk, no cash accepted, and when I asked how often the kiosks are disinfected, I was informed that they are NEVER disinfected. I will NOT dine at a location where my health is at risk due to poor/nonexistent cleaning policies. I was REALLY bummed by this, because I REALLY wanted toTaco Bell today.
