The Oak Café - Sacramento County

The meal at this restaurant was exceptional, prepared and served by students under the supervision of chefs. It rivaled the quality of a high-end dining experience.

I am in awe of the incredible dining experience I had at this restaurant with Tyler, Nick, and Anastasia (Student Finals). From the surreal Black Gyoza, to the melt-in-your-mouth Marinated Hanger Steak, and the delicious Japanese Cheesecake, every bite was a delight. The professionalism and confidence of the staff rival that of a Michelin 1-Star restaurant. My sympathies to the judge who must choose just one winner.
