Contribuisci feedbackI placed an online order and when I got home, I realized that the kitchen had forgotten to include pico de gallo in my order. When I called the restaurant to inform them, they acknowledged the mistake and said they forgot to put it in the bag. However, they told me I would have to wait until the next morning when the manager was in to discuss getting a refund. It seems ridiculous that I, as the customer, have to wait until the next day to resolve an issue that could have been easily solved that night. There should be a better system in place for handling complaints about orders.
This restaurant serves the best tacos in the city. It's the perfect place to unwind with Taco Tuesday after a long day of work. Thank you for always delivering great food and never disappointing.
I must say, this is definitely the worst taco experience I've ever had. My family and I are big fans of tacos, we have them frequently, but the Steak Tacos I ordered were just terrible. I spent over $25 on 6 tacos and could only stomach one due to the poor quality of the steak. It was truly a disappointing meal.
Much customer service. Do not recommend this place. Wrong order twice the same day, plus the tacos hardly had meat (Onions and pieces of salad only). Not the ideal place for Taco day.
I asked the guy for non- spicy chicken tacos. He make sure to charge first. He also charged the tip in advance. Then, I waited 10min, once the tacos were ready, he told me the chicken was a bit spicy( actually very spicy)He could?ve just told me from the beginning they didn?t have non spicy. Also he charge extra for the beef tacos, that barely had any meat. Like 3 tiny pieces of meat in each taco.
