Bayside Fish & Chips - SAFETY BAY

After we have heard so many good reports from this g- and C-shop, we decided to try it on a busy Sata8rday twilight. our order was taken by a coworker who seemed like they really didn't want to be there. certainly was personal. it was quite busy with many people waiting for their commands. the use of high volume background music made it feel that we were at a JJJ concert. this has probably contributed to the fact that the employees had to call out their names when their order was finished. our small order took approx. 15min to prepare and consist of 3 pieces snapper and chips. a sepered GF command lasted another 5 minutes. these times are normal. the main reason for the low evaluation was the actual meal. the snapper looked as if he had just been taken out of the frit and placed on the wrapper paper without any wall, in order to release it at least a part of the oil. the fish was saturated in oil, which separated the diligent and the fish into pieces, as they tried to eat it. the half of the dough glued to the wrap paper because it was so saturated. the snatch tasted good. the maintenance of chips was certainly only sufficient for two people and nothing special in taste. I might have gotten them on a bad day, as it is popularity or expectations of people have fallen. but unfortunately I have no real desire to return in consideration of the selection of the best quality f and C-shops in the opposite. the NUR partition is the location near the Shoalwater forum and the walk past traffic.

Traveled from the hills to enjoy some gluten-free fish and chips and we advertise dissapointed. it was quite busy, so had a short wait, but it was delicious when our meal arrived. we're coming back. gluten free fryers are well characterized and cook. is worth noting about pollution etc.

I love everything. friendly service. comfortable equipment. great portions. delicious fish. handmade quitting non-frozen parts. children's playground. board games. all brilliant.

This fish and chips shop is conveniently located along the Safety Bay Road and looks modern on the outside. There is a terrace to sit and eat in. The interior is modern, clean and tidy. The service is friendly. We ordered the ‘the family variety...pack’ which includes fish and chips, calamari rings, fish bites, potato cakes and dim sims. We enjoyed the fish and the calamari which was very fresh but the rest not so much. The fries were ok, a bit soggy but the potato cakes and dim sims were not enjoyable. They tasted old. Overall is was a good experience only the next time we will only order fish and chips, $10 for a big fish and good portion of fries is good value.
