Beautiful pub, nice and warm and a great steak and ale with stylton cake. it might have been a bit hotter, but was warm enough to eat. great service and friendly staff. hubby loves the sticky toffee powder. we will definitely return.

We went there on Saturday night and almost all tables were reserved, but one thing we said we can only order the food after 18 clock, this was 5;45 clock. not everything on the menu was available, but I was allowed to order a starter as a main meal. we waited for eating about 50 minutes, but for the luck there was a pool table children enjoyed it. Once the food came out, it was nice that we all enjoyed waiting. there are toilets, it is child-friendly. there is a parking space. recommended x

A great little pub with excellent food. we had the chicken, speck and ragcake with heavy force. it was nice. the rest of the menu looked great and recommended a good selection at dessert.

Beautiful pub in land. the main menu was offered a large gluten-free menu. at the end it was somewhat limited because of the time of the year so soon after all celebrated, but the fish and chips were large, delicious and very well cooked; even the heaps were well cooked and the chips were excellent. the desserts were great. the staff was friendly and efficient. very close to audley end house. price wise a little rich for a country pub, but as many articles are available we definitiw for the choice and quality back.
