Sagamore Inn

Very kwaint restaurant. Very clean stalls and tables. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Large selection menu. I ordered her Clam Chowder and Halibut Chowder. We liked the fish chowder but not for tje smoky taste of the chowder shell, although it was full of products you would expect. It was creamy. We ordered both fried scallops. One with fries and the other with beets. Many frits and a small salad with tartaric acid. We did not find the scallops tasty with a thin coating. They had no taste at all. Others eating with us were very satisfied with their meals .

Beautiful outside the bar event area. The staff food and drinks were excellent! Will be absolutely back!

Had a wonderful lunch after completing the Mass Maritime Academy. We had 8 in our party (we called to make a reservation is a larger group). The appetizer was delicious, all cooked for perfection. Soups were also delicious. The main courses were excellent. The staff was so warm and welcoming. My daughter hugged the hostess to make lunch so special.

I've been visiting the Sagamore Inn for about 4 years since my parents moved to sandwich. They were a reason for taking my parents, and if my siblings were to visit. The food was always perfect and fresh and cheap. My father died a month ago and my mother chose the Sagamore for the family to eat after the services at noon. Sue and her staff could not have been nice to all of us. The food, the table settings and of course the staff was perfect. My mother and I go on when I visit. I would highly recommend the Inn for restaurants or functions. John
