Chen's Mongolian Grill - Saginaw

Enjoyable meal, reasonably priced, lots of options!! Seems like the rest rooms in most asian restaurants are nasty.

I used to like the food here for many years until today, we found a bug that when we squished it was green jump off my sisters food. It was in her mongolian beef, noodles and orange chicken. We showed it to the manager and she didnt offer a refund and said Where 'd you get that? like she wasnt sorry at all. No refund. Only a 10% off for next time , which will never happen again. Dont go to Chens.

Needs a little attention to detail like clean windows and mirrors, etc...

Server was on his phone, trying to get a refill of a drink. Blatantly ignored me.

Food is so so. Food is barely warm. My husband wanted to go or we wouldn't have. A delivery man told us it was a very dirty in the kitchen and he would not eat there. I agree.
