Cicis Pizza - Saginaw

Love her pizza. Order is always ready to pick up within the specified time

We often ordered a lot, but not in a few months, and today we ordered the execution for my husband's birthday. We have ordered to pick up the website in advance. My husband came to the store and they claimed never to get the order, although he received a confirmation email, and had to sit and wait. And then when the pizza was received, it had only 10 slices when we ordered a giant and it should have 12 slices. He went back to check that he was given the correct size/order and the staff said oh yes, it was simply wrong cut, but the panes were already quite thin and there is no way that it would have been cut into 12 panes, pretty sure that we were jipped to size. We're not coming back. We're going to another place if we want mac n cheese pizza.

I don't often go to Cicis, but this recent experience seems that the price has risen and the quality has gone down. The salad looked and not very fresh and tasted as bad as it looked. 5 of 10 of their well drinks were out of order during my visit. I put my cups and salad on a table and went to the pizza and the bus had already taken my cups and tried to clear the table before I sat with my pizza. They were not very busy at the time I was there, so I ordered a whole pizza and they said it would be done in 5 min, they didn't let me know when it was actually ready and had put it on the line, so other people had got to some of them before I got some. Dessert Bar was quite naked, only scrap left the whole time I was there. Overall, no very good experience, but it could be just one of their fancy days.

Clean facility and what made me leave a review was the staff! From the staff because they were all so nice! An example, I asked if she had high chairs and the lady on the front said yes. I thought I had to look for where they were, but before we even came to our table, another worker (young man) came by with the high chair for us. Thank you for a pleasant little culinary experience.

I was looking to dine in but the buffet was closing when I got there. It didn't dawn on me that they had a takeout service now. And the friendly lady at the counter let me know that I can order one to go. Medium one topping (chicken) pizza. The only complaint I can say is that the pizza needed some seasoning. But the staff was extremely friendly and professional.
