Fuel City Saginaw

The taco restaurant is quite disappointing. The customer service is terrible; the staff doesn’t greet customers warmly and tends to have a bad attitude. The food was soggy and overly salty. However, I must say that the corn vendor was very friendly, and the esquites were excellent.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The employees at the front desk were rude when I arrived at 7 PM, showing little willingness to assist customers. When I encountered an issue with parking, they insisted I was wrong, only to later realize that their mistake had caused the problem. There was no apology offered, and I was told they didn't want to hear my concerns. I made sure to remain calm and professional throughout, yet I was treated poorly. It seems the staff at this location are not suited for public-facing roles or positions of responsibility. There didn't appear to be any management on duty, and unfortunately, the women in charge were the ones who caused the issue. I have been driving for 20 years, and this was the most trouble I've ever had paying for a parking spot, simply because I chose to pay with cash.

Fuel City in Saginaw, Texas, is the best truck stop in the area. The staff is exceptionally professional and goes above and beyond to assist travelers. If you find yourself nearby, I highly recommend stopping by for some much-needed rest and relaxation!

Tacos got me sick, don't eat the tacos. My stomach has been hurting for 3 hours now. Never again.

Been here a few days, food service couldnt get slower, make 1 order at a time, 45 mins for a hamburger is unreal. They shut grill off at 730 no burgers even when signs all state 9 or 10, asked when closed told 8, show up 720 grills are shut off already, not impressed as there is not alot of options in the area for food. Burger was good when I did get it. Truck parking 15/12 hrs, 20/24hrs, 35/48hrs, there has been zero garbage pickup all week, cans are overflowing. Third night no lights turned on, its a safety concern as its very dark without them. As for staff, they have all been very polite when interacting with them. Used laundry and my clothes came out stained from grease/oil check machine by rubber and there was all kinds of garbage/dirt/ lighters, so beware and check/wipe machine before use
