Took almost 2 hours to get pizza. Called all lady keeps saying is she has 1 driver. I’m sorry but if you’re offering delivery then hire more than one driver!

The downside of franchise locations, one can be so incredible and amazing and the other would be this location. the same food, yet the quality was off... the service was interesting to say it at best, appeared the staff didn't want to work on a Saturday afternoon I suppose.Personally, I'll stick to the Haslet location.

Always get taken care of at Mr Jim’s plus it’s always good. They always have coupons ready to go when you call. Very polite every time I go in or call. This location is always good for me

Food is always good and hot when it arrives and I swear they are the best pizza place within 20 miles. Have ordered from every pizza place here. We have made me Jim's our family pizza place.
