Rally's - Saginaw

As others have noted, the food here is always excellent, but the women at the window can be quite rude. I've been here twice this week, and it was the same experience both times. It's a shame!

The food is great, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The only thing the girl at the window said to me was the total when I approached.

Outstanding dining experience! The food is fresh and served hot. The drinks are really refreshing. However, the best part is definitely the staff at the drive-thru!

The mother's chicken crunch is amazing !!! The chicken isn't dry it is amazingly juicy ! You can taste the natural flavors besides rallys ingredients ... Everything was fresh and costumer service was the best ! Thank you rallys !???

Sometimes the employees are very ghetto and rude the managers are nice it be crowded alot at times great swirl ice-cream at a value price great fries
