I wasn’t really disappointed but had higher expectations. The food was average, not quite what I had hoped for. The service was a bit shaky; I wasn’t offered a refill until I had finished my meal. However, the server did seem to be attentive and moving around, though the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. The atmosphere was decent, and the people were friendly. As I mentioned, I didn't leave disappointed, just expecting a bit more. I’ve driven by this place for years and always thought it looked like it could serve amazing food, only to find that it’s just okay—something I might expect at a family reunion. I can only comment on the fries and the cheeseburger, which were fine. The salad bar looked good, but I didn’t try it because I wanted to save room to really sample their food. On a positive note, I saw families inside who seemed happy and smiling, so I’d give a big thumbs up for being kid-friendly!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and it took far too long for our food to arrive. I won't be returning. Overall, I rate it -1. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
