Absolutely loved the freshness of this food! Some backstory for those who don't know..this spot is basically a limited selection food from district seven a somewhat high class viet restraunt. You get a chance to try out food from district seven for a fraction of the price. I absolutely loved the taste of the garlic noodles i had.

I've gotten Doordash here before and it was good. Tried to come here again today but it's not even open. There's a banner outside that says it's now open Monday Friday from 11am 2pm. Drove all the way here for nothing.

Craving Vietnamese food? Lunchbox by D7 takes on a modern twist on Vietnamese lunch! They're quick, fast, and so flavorful. I came to visit one day and they are located in front of District Seven (in Vietnam Town) where you can also visit District Seven since that's where Lunchbox came from. Lunchbox is like a small pop-up where you can order Lomo Saltado, Banh Mi, chicken wings, and truffle fries, and a few other items. I got the opportunity to try their Grilled Pork (Thit Nuong) plate that came with garlic noodles, perfectly grilled pork, scallions and scallion oil, and some fresh veggies to balance out the heavy palette. I also had to order the truffle fries because.. I mean who wouldn't LOL Everything tasted so yummy! The overall portion was pretty big. It definitely became a small dinner later that night. I'm sure one plate can feed 2 people! My order came out really quick as well and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend coming here for a quick lunch!

Ordered for pick up, and it was ready when I arrived! I tried the Lomo Saltado and it was super delicious. The portions are pretty big. The garlic noodles had onion shallots and cheese on top and paired super well with veggies and steak and fries.

Finally got my garlic noodle fix! Was checking out the hot new business on Yelp when I came across Lunchbox and was immediately sold by the pictures. I've been craving garlic noodles for some time now and let me tell you, these noods did not disappoint. I ordered the food for delivery and took about 50 minutes to get it as my driver had another stop on the way to me. Probably would've been a little better had I gotten the food sooner or eaten in there, but still not too bad for the time. The oil did start to collect at the bottom, but the noodles on top were still fresh and loaded with garlic. Pork was good, a little salty if eaten on its own, but when mixed with the noodles and veggies it balanced out. Some pieces were a little on the chewy side, but for the most part it was cooked perfectly. The portion size was BIG...I ate the whole things for lunch and never got hungry for dinner. To note: prices when ordering online for delivery were $1-2 more than if you are to order for pickup.
