The store selection is so minimal. We still frequent their other location on Dixon which out performs this Senter rd location.
They're still open. The door sign says they only open Friday to Sunday from 10-5pm. They still have the best sweet tofu in my book, and only $2 each. Buy 10 get 1 free. My 6 year old eats 2 at a time.
My family comes here all the time for the cold tofu dessert dau hu nuoc duong lanh . Since my 8 month old is pretty picky when it comes to her solids, we experimented with silken tofu and she LOVES it!! With that being said, we called Vinh Khang 4 the day before Christmas Eve to see if they would be open for business during the holidays. The first phone call was picked up by a gentleman who didn't understand English, this led for our call to be hung up on. We called back and spoke to a nice lady who ensures us that VK4 would be opened on Christmas Eve and even provided us with the window of operation. The following day we drive over to Senter and the business is CLOSED!! Guess they made the last minute decision to not open on Christmas Eve. Time and gas wasted but worst of all, babygirl didn't get her silken tofu. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Tofu is silky smooth. However, they use Fructose as a substitute for sugar. You can see many 5 or 10 gallons of fructose are sitting on the floor in the back room. So it is very unhealthy. Fructose causes insulin resistance, which can lead to obesity and type II diabetes. I would not come back to this place again due to their unhealthy ingredients. Who knows what else do they put in the tofu?
Just bought it this afternoon! I already got the new one but the owner told me the one I got was old , and this is the new one she told me to switch to ! We bought 10 like this! If you buy here check before you go home
