We made the choice to get married in this beautiful place. We were delighted to be able to organize and articulate the preparation with the castle team. a team of serious professional, listening and dynamic. in addition to an efficient and quality service, we were seduced by the meal (entrance, meat, fish and dessert). the dishes were succulent, the very fair flavors and we appreciated the quality of the products. the chef has a good knowledge of his products and what it reveals is delicious. The frame is superb and very well maintained. What a pleasure to walk between the orchard and the garden in the French. The rooms are clean and pleasant. We wanted to thank the whole team for their availability and for all the quality work that has been provided. Everything was very good from mouth to dessert, with research in flavors and mixtures. Careful and friendly service, despite a full room and a very busy staff. real candles on the tables, in a lit room just what it takes. very good value for money in comparison to other tables (especially Parisian - vivi le cantal) offering the same kind of dishes.rq : the menus visible on the website of the establishment are not quite updated to the old ones for the dish of shrimp vinegar: attention to the acidity of vinegar that stings a little by moments for the dessert cream burnt raspberry-verine : diminish another color choice would also have at least been able to raise the level. and the chandelier too could be replaced advantageously. It looks like a troglodyte house built in any way. Anyway, it stings your eyes and it swears with the rest of the castle. the establishment would have everything to gain from a restaurant room worthy of this name, especially since the annual closure of autumn in the spring could allow for work. The setting is beautiful, but dinner at the restaurant was really average. I found myself in both the entrance and the main dish with basic canned foods (crab) and defrosted foods (shrimps). But I was expecting that we cook with fresh products. So big disappointment.
