Little Caesars Pizza - Saint Albans

Pizza is delicious, there 's no decline in the quality of products but the service needs improvement. Went thru the drive-thru for a $5 hot-and-ready . Shouldn 't take longer than 15mins, even that would be long for pizza that 's already made. I sat in the drive-thru for 20mins and didn 't even place my order yet. Decided to park and go inside, maybe it would be faster. Cars were piling up, there was 4 or 5 workers on shift so there is no reason why I didn 't get a pizza, whether inside or outside, for as long as I did. 55mins after I arrived just to get a hot-and- READY I finally got a pizza.....

The best part of little Caesars is the price but that is going up to the point that I can get better pizza like Marco's for just a little bit more! I can't believe the deep dish is now $9.50 so after tax might as well say 10 bucks! They need to get the prices back down or there won't be much of a point of getting food here when I can get better pizza for close to the same price! ????

I ordered her new pizza in the Drive-Thru. They let me move forward and make it fresh and brought it out within 10 minutes. I'm always happy with how this restaurant works.

The staff there are very nice people and that means a lot when I choose where to go.

Tonight, the workers were outside while drawing, so drawn to DT speakers 12 minutes after ordering online and online pizza tracking does not work. Uncertain if pizza was ready? 9:00 a.m. in the night you would think it would be ready. But then it was said it wasn't done yet and shouldn't be picked up for another ten minutes?.mmm Kay? a bit backward? Are you telling Yo Workers?? Work 1. Then play stupid geese?
