We ordered 2 hot teas but they were lukewarm, ordered a bagel toasted twice with cream cheese on the side, but it was cold, to top it off, in the 10 pack Tim bits, there were 8. That really was a bummer. That wouldn’t have been so bad if they were still .10 a piece. I wondered why they filled our order so fast. Food: 2 Service: 2

I visited this restaurant on my last trip and had a filled doughnut with a cream filling that wasn’t fresh. However, I decided to give it another try since I had a coupon. Unfortunately, when I presented the coupon, which is valid for another week, I was told it "doesn't exist" and that it wouldn't be honored. The staff member was curt during my previous visits (which I usually overlook), but she was quite rude on my last two occasions. I hope they can resolve their staffing issues soon to deliver the quality service that customers expect.

Absolutely the best tea I've ever had! I ordered takeout and the experience was outstanding. The food gets a perfect 5/5, and the service was equally impressive, also a 5/5. The atmosphere was great as well, also rated a 5/5. I highly recommend trying their muffins, bagels, and doughnuts! Prices are quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person.

Went to the drive through. Ordered ice tea no ice. Cloudy thick ice tea could be fresher. Good fast friendly service. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
