As breakfast places go, this is the benchmark. Real food, well prepared, fabulous bacon, friendly waitresses, endless coffee, old style booths and tables. <br/ <br/ If you want a 1960's family place, welcome. If you want trendy with cute menu items, go somewhere else. <br/ <br/ If I lived near here, I would be here every week and weigh 400 pounds, but I would sure be happy. <br/ <br/ Bravo. Well done, Uncle Bill.
Breakfast anytime of the day. It's breakfast, it's diner food, it's satisfying and delicious. There's not much else to be said about it.<br/ <br/ The service factor just depends on who you get (and what time it is). I have had an incredibly attentive and pleasant server, and also servers who just bring the food and you never see them again. It was 3 in the morning who cares. Not me, as long as the food was good.<br/ <br/ To the other reviewers complaining about tips automatically being on your bill: They have signs posted ALL OVER THE RESTAURANT explaining that during certain hours you will have gratuity added to your bill. You're welcome.
Best waffles ever! I always get the blueberry ones. I've tried lots of other stuff on the menu and its all pretty good, but nothing beats the waffles. Prepare for a wait if you go at the weekend, but the line moves fast.
Stopped by for a late night breakfast. Got the supreme french toast fans eggs. Generous portions.
