Mother Hubbard's Bakery Deli

I would love to rate this restaurant a 5, but two people in my group rated it a 4, and one gave it a 4.5. The sandwiches and subs are enormous, made with fresh-baked bread and piled high with meat. I still believe they deserve a 5! The cookies and pastries are fantastic as well, and there are plenty of delightful handmade items.

As a traveler passing through, I came across this restaurant based on a recommendation from the hotel clerk, and I'm really glad I did. I ordered the chicken enchilada soup and a turkey sub. Both were delicious—the soup had great flavor and the sub was generously packed with meat. Overall, I would give this place an 8.7 out of 10.

We stopped by for a sandwich on our way back from Canada and were pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem. We ordered a large Italian sub loaded with all the toppings. The vegetables were fresh and the deli meats were top-notch. The sub roll was filled with salami, ham, roast beef, and provolone cheese. The "Mother Clucker" sandwich featured sliced oven-roasted turkey topped with a generous portion of crispy bacon and cranberry mayo—absolutely delicious! They also had a bakery inside, along with several coolers offering a variety of beverages, including beer. After the girls prepared our sandwiches, we grabbed two iced teas to go with them, and the total came to $27.

This place has the best subs and cookies! I absolutely love it. It's definitely worth a visit.
