Delicious food. I love spicy rice cakes. Big portions. Plus delicious little condiments on the side. Reasonable price. The inside had a cool atmosphere as well. Over all great place.
If I only ordered cheese corn and army stew, I might only give them 2 star. The cheese corn is burned and not sweet, the army stew is plain. But the chicken cheese skillet is sooooo good! Highly recommend!
Not the best if you like authentic Korean cuisine. Kind of overpriced and under flavored in comparison to other restaurants. The jjampong was almost spiceless AND flavorless and the fried chicken had more of a McDonald's chicken nugget breading than a fried chicken breading. The waitress was also kind of inattentive and didn't bring our appetizer out. But fortunately we didn't get charged for it either. The food was edible but probably the worst Korean food I've had in STL. I came here because I liked the chicken stew that was served at the Seoul's garden location that Pocha replaced (same owner though, if I'm not mistaken). Sadly the chicken stew is not served here anymore, despite being in the menu. Wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than maybe drinks.
SO GOOD. everything is on-point and i am so glad i have the choice to go to a restaurant when i want to dunk my head in kimchi stew and drink now instead of doing it alone at home. much love to the kitchen and everyone else working, you guys are so nice and great and your food is great.
