Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine Beach

Wish I could leave zero stars. Horrible experience. Service horrible didn't get food I PAID for. Then manager said he would ring me up for what I already paid for!!! Never again. This isn't the 1st time this McDonald's has disappointed me.

The service is awful, the managers that run that location is awful to the customers. Very rude and if you complain to corporate you will get ban from there like they did to me and my mom two different days and didn't have anything to do with each other . The food is always cold and then when they messed it up they accuse us of being wrong. That place is awful! I d never go back to that McDonald's again people need to know about this location

There was a long line of people both kiosks were nonfunctional and only had one register open. Cashier was stuck waiting for the manager to stop arguing with an elderly lady about a coupon. Walked out. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visited to get a few drinks at about 10 am. The drive thru was long, so we went inside. We walked in and waited to order but no human came up so we had to order on the kiosks (which I dispise). Then it took 20 min just to get fountain drinks that were poured by a robot. We were disappointed in the service. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch
