It was a subway, it was clean and they were quick to make our food. The staff was great and worked together efficiently. All in all it was a good experience and a nice subway.
Totally wrong sub ingredients, other than 1 was a footlong and the other is a 6-inch, they did include the cookies we ordered for our sons. The shift manager insinuated that we're either lying or that Doordash gave us the wrong order. We spoke to the shift manager, around 6:45 pm, on 7/20. She refused to refund our payment, was rude, and basically called us liars. Putting the blame on Doordash. She also said she trusts her employees more than her customers. What kind of customer service and managerial skills does this person have??? The only option she gave us is to drive to their store and return the subs. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering through Doordash.
Rude employees. I rode 7 miles in the heat this morning (92) and All I needed was a cup of ice because they didn't have a fountain drink I liked. I waited in line and she gave me a very small cup. I had wanted a large cup and was willing to pay for it. Most places are either free or at most they charge .50. They said if I wanted a larger cup it would be 2.25. I'll never go back to that store.
I have been to Subways all over the country and have been quite pleased with their salads. Today I visited the subway in st Augustine beach and ordered my usual salad. Atrocious. Pathetic. I was not able to be given more than a half a handful of lettuce and a few pieces of spinach leaves as the base of my salad and no salad dressing offered. It was barely an appetizer. Very very disappointed and still hungry.
