Found this little gem just be searching via Google. Due to having coeliac disease, it makes it hard to find anywhere that can safely cater gluten free. It was such a blessing to find this place could do most of their menu gluten free and keep all food and preparation separate, so it was safe for a coeliac. Nice food and good variety. What a find. We were staying in the premier inn, didn't really want to go very far but had doubts about the attached restaurant after a disappointing breakfast. The Salty Bay had charming staff, delicious pizza and really hit the spot. A lovely meal out for me and my wife, and we both left very happy.
